Tips for reading a clock:
• The short hand (red) points to the hour.
• The long hand (black) points to the minutes — each mark = 5 minutes.
• If the minute hand is on 6, that's 30 minutes. On 3, that's 15 minutes.
• The thin red hand (second hand) points to the seconds — each mark = 5 seconds. Enable it with the checkbox below the clock.
• Keep it real! shows where the hands would truly be on a real clock — the hour hand drifts between marks as the minutes and seconds pass, and the minute hand drifts as seconds pass. Great for checking your understanding!
